Absolutely not. A concurrence of aspects makes you obese, among which, besides the metabolism itself and the genetic aspect of each one, the management we make of our time, and the food we eat. Of course, if you spend 12 hours a day sleeping, another 11hours a day playing video games, and you eat hamburgers and pasta every day, you will probably end up with an obesity problem. With a healthy diet, walking one or two hours a day and taking regular exercise, you should not have an obesity problem from playing a couple of hours of computer games every day.
