Trump's Company, Trump Media, along with Rumble, a site that publishes users uploaded videos, are suing a Supreme Court Minister in Brazil, Alexandre de Morais.
Alexandre de Morais, known in Brazil for leading an investigation concerning Fake News (That is still running after six years! *wink*, uses this investigation to censor accounts in Brazil in the major Social Network Platforms (Youtube, Facebook, X, Instagram&hellip *wink*
However, in this case, there was an order sent directly to Rumble, hosted in the USA, to definitely ban the user Allan dos Santos in the platform. These judicial orders didn't specify the reason for the ban, only that it comes from a classified investigation, and thus, it infriges the american Constitution concerning the free speech. Also, it is important to note that the orders did not follow the right proccess that it is required. The orders were issued by email.
